What are Recurring Payments?

Answer:

Recurring Payments are an automatic payment option where you authorize Time Warner Cable to collect the total monthly charges from your credit card or bank account every month. This amount is deducted on the due date of every billing cycle so you never have to worry about late fees.

To sign up for recurring payments, simply:

  1. Sign into MyServices with your TWC ID
  2. Click View & Pay My Bill and opt-in to Online Bill Pay.
  3. Click on the Recurring Payment button

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
