What is a One-Time Payment?

Answer:

A One-Time Payment is a manual (non-recurring) payment option where you authorize Time Warner Cable to collect a payment (total due or other amount) from a specific credit card or bank account – only when you choose.

To make a payment, simply:

  1. Sign into MyServices with your TWC ID
  2. Click View & Pay My Bill and opt-in to Online Bill Pay.
  3. Click on the Make a One-Time Payment button

 

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
