Can I opt-in to Online Bill Pay (PayXpress)if I have previously opted out?

Answer:

Yes. You may opt in to Online Bill Pay (PayXpress) at any time. Follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Sign into MyServices
  2. Click View & Pay My Bill on the My Account tab
  3. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
