Yes. You can opt out of online bill pay at any time.
- Sign in to MyServices
- Click View & Pay My Bill on the My Account tab
- Select Billing Info from the left hand navigation.
- Click the Opt out of PayXpress link
- If you are set up for automatic bill pay, you may choose to retain your recurring payment arrangement or cancel your recurring payment arrangement.
- Click Yes to confirm you want to opt out of online bill pay
You will automatically be returned to a paper statement and you must pay your bill via mail, by telephone or in person at a customer service center.
