Time Warner Cable's PayXpress site uses the following methods to ensure that your information is secure:
Username and Password - Your TWC ID is a unique identifier that only you know. If you do not share your username and password with anyone, then no one else can access PayXpress pretending to be you. Time Warner Cable's MyServices uses SSL (secure sockets layer) that ensures your connection and information is secure from outside inspection.
Security Questions - As part of the TWC ID registration process, you must select two security questions and provide answers that will be used for identity verification should you ever forget or lose your username and/or password.
Encryption - MyServices uses 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.
Automatic Sign Out - MyServices will automatically sign you out of a session if you are inactive for thirty minutes. We recommend you sign out immediately after you are finished scheduling and making payments.
