Can I program my DVR to record shows from My TV?

Answer:

Yes. On the My TV tab, simply click on Go to DVR Manager to access your currently scheduled recordings or record a new program or series.

You can:

  • Search for programs to record
  • View a list of scheduled recordings and make changes
  • View a selection of live TV channels when you are at home

You can also go to  TWC TV™ for PC, smartphone, or tablet allows you to schedule recordings for movies, shows and events, even when you’re not at home.
 

To receive all services, TV, remote and lease of a digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to CableCARD customers. HD set-top box and HDTV set required for HD service. Not all equipment supports all services. DVR service is an optional service available for an incremental charge. All services may not be available in all areas. DVR Manager service may not be available to all mobile devices. Subject to change without notice. Some restrictions apply.
