Answer:

The following forms of payment are accepted on the My TWC™ app:

Credit Cards

  • American Express
  • Discover Card
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Debit Cards with one or more of the Network logos: STAR, NYCE, or Pulse

  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through your bank

  • Checking Account
  • Savings Accounts



Please note that customers in Hawaii do not currently have the ability to pay their bill using the My TWC app.
