How can I pay my bill by mail?

Answer:

The following forms of payment are accepted by mail:

  • Credit Cards
    • American Express
    • Discover Card
    • MasterCard
    • Visa
  • Debit Cards with one or more of the Debit Card Network logos: NYCE, Pulse or STAR
    • MasterCard
    • Visa
  • Check
  • Money Order

 

Please follow these steps:

  1. For prompt processing of your payment, mail it to the address listed on your bill and use the appropriate postage.

  2. Include either your current billing statement in the return envelope or write your account number on your check or money order.

  3. When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash through the mail.
