Please follow these steps:
- Sign into MyServices using your TWC ID.
- Select View & Pay My Bill on the My Account tab. (Note: If the Go to PayXpress button does not appear as an option, you will need to verify your account. In order to verify your account, you will need your 4-digit customer code located on your TWC bill.)
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Make a One-Time Payment on the Account Overview tab.
- Follow the onscreen instructions as it walks you through a simple, three-step process for making a one-time payment.

- Follow the onscreen instructions as it walks you through a simple, three-step process for setting up a recurring payment.
