If for any reason you are not satisfied with TWC’s products and services, all you have to do is call us at 1-888-TWCABLE (1-888-892-2253) within 30 days of your installation date and we’ll cancel your service and refund your account – guaranteed.

Note: 30-day money-back guarantee is applicable to standard installation and monthly service charges only. Return of leased equipment is required before refund can be issued.
