Why did I receive a letter from AOL about Time Warner Cable Internet service?

Answer:

While AOL provided the monthly billing for your Internet service, it was a Time Warner Cable-supported network that brought you the service. Beginning February 28, 2013, AOL will no longer offer, or bill you for, Internet service from TWC.

To continue receiving uninterrupted Internet access and take advantage of one of our special offers, call Time Warner Cable at 1-855-892-9988.
