Does Road Runner scan incoming email for viruses?

Answer:

Yes. The Road Runner virus filter will scan your incoming email attachments for tens of thousands of known viruses. Email without attachments will not be scanned at all. Attachments without viruses will be delivered without any alteration to the email attachment. Attachments with viruses will be cleaned (if possible) and delivered with a message telling you that a virus was found and removed. Attachments with viruses that cannot be cleaned will have the attachments (or part of the attachments) deleted, and it will be delivered with a message stating that a virus was found and the file(s) deleted. Virus definitions are added on a regular basis.
