1. On your iPhone or iPad, select Settings.
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Select Add Account... (or select existing Road Runner email address if it has already been set up).
4. Select Other.
5. Select Add Mail Account and fill out the New Account form.

Description: TWC Mail (Name that displays in your Account list on the iPhone)
6. Press the Next button
7. Select POP as the account type and fill out the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server form:
Incoming Mail Server, if your email address ends with @rr.com:
Host Name: Your POP Server Name has the same ending as your email address, for example: pop-server.nyc.rr.com
User Name: yourname@domain.com (You must enter your complete email address. Example address: JaneDoe@nyc.rr.com).
Password: your password
If needed, enter port 110 and set Secure Server to Off
Incoming Mail Server, if your email address ends with @twc.com:
POP Server address: mail.twc.com
Outgoing Mail Server, if your email address ends with @rr.com:
Host:mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com (note: mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com is not division specific, mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com is the Outgoing Mail Server Host for all Road Runner email domains, roadrunner.com, nyc.rr.com, socal.rr.com etc.)
User Name: yourname@domain.com (You must enter your complete email address. Example address: JaneDoe@nyc.rr.com).
Password: your password
If needed, enter port 25 and set Secure Server to off.
Outgoing Mail Server, if your email address ends with @twc.com:
SMTP Server address: mail.twc.com
8. Select Save.
