How do I create a RR.com Mail account?

Answer:

The creation of your RR.com Mail address is dependent on how you register for your email account.  In most markets, you can choose your RR.com Mail address and password when registering with the installation CD (must be connected to the Internet through your modem).

If the installation CD is not available in your area when registering for your RR.com Mail address, the address will be provided to you on the invoice from the technician who installs your Internet service. You can also locate your RR.com Mail address through the online RR.com Mail Address Retrieval Tool.

If you want to set up sub-accounts, navigate to Internet Subscriber Self Care to create additional sub-accounts.
