Can I still purchase my own modem even if I have Time Warner Cable Home Phone modem?

Answer:

Yes. You may use your own modem as a second modem (see Approved Modems list) in addition to the Time Warner Cable Phone modem. However, if you choose to use your own modem, the USB and Ethernet ports on the Time Warner Phone modem will not be operational for Internet use.
