I recently replaced my TWC/EarthLink modem with one that I purchased myself. However, I am still receiving a modem lease charge. What do I need to do?:


Have you activated your new, purchased modem? You must contact us (1-800-892-2253) to activate your new modem. You also need to have returned your TWC leased modem and power cord to a TWC retail store.

Note: Failure to return your leased modem and power cord may result in additional equipment charges and continuing monthly Internet Modem Lease charges.
