Have you activated your new, purchased modem? You must contact us (call 1-800-892-2253 or chat online) to activate your new modem. You also need to have returned your TWC leased modem and power cord to a TWC retail store.
Note: Failure to return your leased modem and power cord may result in additional equipment charges and continuing monthly Internet Modem Lease charges.
