How will I know how much data I am using?

Answer:

Time Warner Cable’s new Internet Usage Tracker lets you see your Internet usage and will help you better understand how much data you use on a monthly basis. To use the Internet Usage Tracker:

  1. Go to MyServices
  2. If you have registered for MyServices, enter your TWC ID and password. If you have not registered, follow the process described on the page to register.
  3. After you log in to MyServices, click the My Internet tab. You will see a summary of your modem and current data usage.
  4. Click View usage details to easily see your Internet usage by month, day, hour or by date range.

This information will help you determine which Internet plan is right for you.
