How do I know if an Essentials Internet plan is right for me?

Answer:

  1. An Essentials Internet plan might be a good choice for you if you consistently use a low amount of data and want to save money on your monthly Internet bill. To see how much data you use, check your Internet Usage Tracker: Go to MyServices.
  2. If you have registered for MyServices, enter your TWC ID and password. If you have not registered, follow the process described on the page to register.
  3. After you log in to MyServices, click the My Internet tab. You will see a summary of your modem and current data usage.
  4. Click View usage details to easily see your Internet usage by month, day, hour or by date range.
