Answer:

Generally, Road Runner does not block, limit or otherwise restrict customer access to any particular Internet site or email message. However, Road Runner does maintain this right to restrict a customer's access to the Internet and/or the ability to send and receive email messages, if, in our judgment, such access infringes upon the terms of Road Runner's Acceptable Use Policy.
