Can I install the Slingbox PRO-HD myself?

Answer:

You have the option to install the Slingbox yourself or to have TWC do it for you.

 

For new or upgrading customers, the Slingbox installation will be performed during the Wideband installation process at no charge. Please note that this process requires customers to purchase the Slingbox - and have it available at their homes - prior to the date of the scheduled install.

 

Existing customers may also request help with Slingbox installation; however, a separate charge for the truck roll ($40.95) will be incurred.
