To connect, you will need to make sure the WiFi feature on your mobile device is turned on and that you are near a TWC WiFi™ or CableWiFi® Hotspot. You can locate these hotspots using the WiFi Finder app map.
If you are a TWC customer with Standard Internet or higher you will need to sign-in using your TWC credentials. If not, you can request a Free Trial or purchase an Access Pass.

Once you sign-in for the first time, your device should automatically connect to hotspots in the TWC WiFi™ network (both “TWCWiFi” and “CableWiFi” network names) when you are within range and your WiFi feature is turned on. You may be asked to sign-in again periodically to verify your customer status.
