To connect, you will need to make sure the WiFi feature on your mobile device is turned on and that you are near a TWC WiFi® or CableWiFi® Hotspot. You can locate these hotspots using the WiFi Finder app map.
If you are a TWC customer with Standard Internet or higher you will need to sign in using your TWC ID and password. If not, you can request a "Free Trial" or purchase an "Access Pass".

Once you sign in for the first time, your device should automatically connect to hotspots in the TWC WiFi® network when you are within range and your WiFi feature is turned on. You may be asked to sign in again periodically to verify your customer status.
