What if I have never used my TWC Mail address? Can I still use TWC WiFi™ Hotspots?

Answer:

Yes. When you become a Time Warner Cable Internet customer, you are automatically assigned a primary account holder email address (e.g. john@rr.com). If you know your TWC Internet email address and password, you can sign into TWC WiFi™ Hotspots.

If you don’t know your TWC Mail address and/or password, follow these steps:

For residential Internet customers with Standard service or above:

  1. Go to https://help.rr.com/HMSpwd/ptMainNav.aspx., select your City and State and from there you can retrieve both.
  2. You can also create additional accounts for your household at https://selfcare.rr.com.
