Answer:

You can find TWC WiFi, CableWiFi® or public hotspots using this application. TWC WiFi and CableWiFi Hotspots can be located anywhere in the U.S., while public hotspots are restricted to a 25-mile radius from your most recent location. For example, if you are in Los Angeles, it is not possible to view public hotspots in New York, but TWC WiFi Hotspots can be discovered.
