Since February 2009, Time Warner Cable has enhanced web functionality to provide a better look, feel and navigation for our subscribers. You can access your call history by going to our new call history web page at

As in the past, call history can be viewed by billing period by selecting the Billed Call History period you want to review. International OnePrice subscribers will notice a slight change in how their usage is displayed. 

Our new improved design gives our International OnePrice subscribers the added benefit of a new pull-down menu that provides access to review current and historical usage.  If you have any questions regarding the new web design please contact a customer service representative by calling 611 from your Home Phone.
