Why won't Call History accept my User ID and Password when trying to log in?:


These are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they were during the registration process. Call history was enhanced on February 26th, 2010. As a part of this change subscribers were required to re-register with a new username and password. If you have not re-registered or are viewing your call history for the first time please create your account by following the directions at https://callhistory.timewarnercable.com.
