How can I list/unlist my information on the Directory Listing and Directory Assistance Listing?:


Home Phone service includes a single listing in the main local directory and Directory Assistance (411) listing. During the order process you can have your name, number, and full address listed or opt to have a Private Listing where no information will be available via Directory Assistance or 411 Listing. Should you ever want to change how you are listed, simply contact a Time Warner Cable Customer Service Representative.
