By default, when subscribing to Time Warner Cable Home Phone service, you are choosing Time Warner Cable as your long distance provider.  With Time Warner Cable's Home Phone nationwide plan you’ll receive unlimited long distance calling throughout the United States and Canada, plus unlimited local and in-state calling, for as low as $29.95 per month. Customers can choose to use an alternative long distance provider at any time.
