If I need my customer code, where can I find it?

Answer:

Your customer code can be found on your bill or in PayXpress. If you do not have access to this information or you need your customer code immediately, please call in from the TWC Home Phone for security purposes and a customer service agent can assist the account holder in obtaining the code.  If not calling from your Home Phone you will only have the option of having your customer code sent via U. S. postal mail.
