How do I get phone service?

Answer:

If you are interested in becoming a Time Warner Cable Phone customer, you can start service by placing an order online.

For new customers, enter the address of location where you would like to begin phone service to see what options are available in your area.  For existing customers, enter your name and phone number as it appears on your bill and the ZIP Code where you would like to begin service to view options available in your area.
