Are there features or settings that are only available online?

Answer:

Yes. Caller ID on PC is only available online. You can take advantage of the online-only options available for Call Forwarding, Distinctive Ring, and Call Waiting Caller ID.  TWC Visual Voicemail gives you the option of downloading voice messages to your desktop or emailing them to family and friends.

Note: Caller ID on PC via AIM will not be available as of July 25th, 2012.  The Caller ID on PC feature is being replaced with our new and exciting VoiceZone Connect application, which will be coming soon. VoiceZone Connect not only provides Caller ID on PC, it also provides the ability to manage your Visual Voicemail, create a Contact list, view Recent calls and many more features we know you’ll love.
