You have four options available online using VoiceZone™ on PC:
- Call Forwarding: Unconditional – forward a phone call to another number
- Call Forwarding: No Answer – forward a phone call to Voicemail or another number immediately or after a specified number of rings (does not apply when Call Forwarding Unconditional is enabled)
- Call Forwarding : Busy – forward a phone call to Voicemail or another number when the line is busy (does not apply when Call Forwarding Unconditional is enabled)
- Selective Call Forwarding – forward up to 30 specific callers to another number
Note: The Call Forwarding: No Answer, Call Forwarding: Busy, and Selective Call Forwarding options can ONLY be modified online using VoiceZone™ on PC.
To customize your Call Forwarding settings:
- Login to VoiceZone.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select the Call Forwarding link in the left-hand menu.
