What Call Forwarding options are available online using VoiceZone® on PC?:


You have four options available online using VoiceZone® on PC:

Call Forwarding: Unconditional – forward a phone call to another number

Call Forwarding: No Answer – forward a phone call to Voicemail or another number immediately or after a specified number of rings (does not apply when Call Forwarding Unconditional is enabled)

Call Forwarding : Busy – forward a phone call to Voicemail or another number when the line is busy (does not apply when Call Forwarding Unconditional is enabled)

Selective Call Forwarding – forward up to 30 specific callers to another number

 

Note: The Call Forwarding: No Answer, Call Forwarding: Busy, and Selective Call Forwarding options can ONLY be modified online using VoiceZone® on PC.

To customize your Call Forwarding settings:

1. Log in to VoiceZone®.

2. Select the Settings tab.

3. Select the Call Forwarding link in the left hand menu.

4. Enable the specific Call Forwarding feature you desire and follow the provided instructions.

5. Click the Save Changes button.
