Why aren’t my calls going to Voicemail?:

You might have Call Forwarding enabled. Call Forwarding will bypass voicemail and send calls to the forwarded number. To edit your Call Forwarding settings:

1. Log in to VoiceZone®.

2. Select the Settings tab.

3. Select the Call Forwarding link in the left-hand menu.

4. Review the Call Forwarding options you have enabled.

5. Make the necessary changes to forward calls to voicemail under the conditions you choose.
