What is Voicemail Transcription?

Answer:

Voicemail Transcription allows you to view or download text versions of your new Voicemail messages as an alternative to listening to them. The transcription of your new voicemail can be sent to you via email or by text message to your cell phone.

Voicemail Transcription is available with TWC Voicemail Service and must be enabled or disabled through your MyServices VoiceZone™ portal Voicemail settings.

Note: Transcription accuracy depends on many factors such as noise level, phone line quality and voice clarity of person leaving the message.
