How do I enable PIN Skip online using VoiceZone™?

Answer:

The PIN Skip feature allows you to access your Voicemail without entering in your 4-digit PIN. For PIN Skip to work, you must call your Voicemail Box from your subscribed Home Phone. Please keep in mind that when PIN Skip is enabled, it will be easier for others who have access to your phone line to listen to your messages.

To enable PIN Skip online:

  1. Log in to VoiceZone.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the Voicemail Settings link in the left-hand menu.
  4. In the PIN Skip section, check Allow access to Voicemail without entering a PIN.
  5. Click OK in the popup window to confirm PIN Skip.
