How do I set up Voicemail Notification?

Answer:

Voicemail notification is a VoiceZone™ feature that allows you to enter an email address so that an email notification is sent each time you receive a new Voicemail on your Home Phone. To set up Voicemail Notification:

  1. Log in to VoiceZone.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the Voicemail Settings link in the left-hand menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Voicemail Notification section.
  5. Check Send voicemail notifications to the following e-mail address and then enter the e-mail address in the field provided.
  6. Select whether you would like to have the voicemail attached to the e-mail. 
  7. Click the Add Changes to Save Queue button. 
  8. Click the Save button in the Save Your Changes module on the right.
