Can I use the Click to Call* feature from a phone other than my Time Warner Cable Home Phone?

Answer:

No.  You can only use Click to Call from your Time Warner Cable Home Phone.  You must use your home phone to complete the call.  Hint:  It is best to have your home phone nearby when you use Click to Call.

Note:  Click to Call only works while making a call from your Time Warner Cable Home Phone.  Click to Call will not work from a different phone, even if you have forwarded your home phone to another phone number.

*This feature is not available in all areas.
