What other software is required for VoiceZone™ Connect?

Answer:

Adobe Flash Player is required to complete the installation of VoiceZone™ Connect.  The VoiceZone™ Connect application will take you through the automatic installation of Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR during the installation process.

 

NOTE:  Subscribers must install VoiceZone™ Connect using the same web browser as the one used to install a previous version of VoiceZone™ Connect or the Adobe Flash Player.  Future upgrades of VoiceZone™ Connect will also require that you use the same web browser as the one used to install the prior version of VoiceZone™ Connect or Adobe Flash Player.
