You can download VoiceZone™ Connect application from the VoiceZone™ Portal within MyServices. Just log in to MyServices with your TWC ID and choose VoiceZone from the Quick Link dropdown.
In the Settings tab, you will find information on VoiceZone Connect as well as instructions on how to download the application.
Current VoiceZone Connect users: When you log off and back on, you will get an upgrade request for our newest version. Say yes to the upgrade to get all of our latest features.
