When 3D service is introduced to your lineup, Time Warner Digital Cable customers who have an HD set-top box, a 3D TV and appropriate 3D glasses will be able enjoy the 3D content. While some 3D movies and events are available at no additional cost, some 3D channels, such as ESPN 3D, require subscription to Time Warner Cable 3D Pass and some movies require purchase on a per-viewing basis.
To receive 3D On Demand service, a 3D TV purchased after March 2010, compatible 3D glasses, Digital Cable, remote and an HD or HD DVR set-top box are required. The compatible HD converter must be connected to your 3DTV via an HDMI cable only (HDMI adapters, including DVI to HDMI are not compatible) and viewer must wear glasses that are compatible with their 3D TV. Some services are not available to CableCARD customers. Not all equipment supports all services. DVR service is an optional service available for an incremental charge.
