Can all customers who subscribe to Home Phone get the Caller ID on TV feature?:


No. Caller ID on TV should start automatically in markets that offer it. Only customers with both Digital Cable and Home Phone service and service can get this feature.

To activate caller ID
 
Navigator (MDN) markets:
To turn Caller ID on TV On/Off:

  1.  
    1. Press SETTINGS on your remote control.
    2. Select “Caller ID.” The display will read “Call Alert OFF.”
    3. Highlight Caller ID and press to turn Caller ID On/Off
         

To view the last 10 calls you’ve received:

  1.  
    1. Press SETTINGS on your remote control.
    2. Scroll down to highlight Received Calls and press
    3. Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to review your last 10 calls received

Sara/Passport markets:
To turn Caller ID on TV on:

  1.  
    1. Press "A" on your remote control.
    2. Select “Caller ID.” The display will read “Call Alert OFF.”
    3. Press "Select" on your remote control and “Call Alert ON” will appear with a check mark.
         

To turn Caller ID on TV off:

  1.  
    1. Press "A" on your remote control.
    2. Select “Caller ID” and scroll down to “Call Alert ON.”
    3. Press "Select" on your remote control and “Call Alert OFF” will appear with a check mark.
         

To see who the last 10 callers were:

  1.  
    1. Press "A" on your remote control.
    2. Select “Caller ID.” The display will read “Received Calls.”
    3. Press "Select" on on your remote control to view your last 10 calls received.
