Can I receive Closed Captioning in Spanish?

Answer:

The FCC’s closed captioning rules require all new Spanish-language video programming (and some older content) to be captioned – much like programming in English.  If the Spanish-language content that TWC carries is captioned, we will make those captions available to our customers.
