What is the difference between the HBO/MAX GO ID and the TWC Username and Password?

Answer:

A TWC ID is required to log in to HBO GO or MAX GO. An HBO/MAX GO ID is created on the HBO/MAX GO site the first time you sign in. Your HBO/MAX GO ID is a display name that is presented each time you return and personalizes your HBO/MAX GO experience. There is no HBO/MAX GO password required. 

 

Note: Your HBO/MAX GO ID is the same for both HBO GO and MAX GO. You can use the same ID on all devices.
