Question:

How do I start a Look Back® program?

Answer:

When tuning to a Look Back enabled channel, the Enhanced logo will appear on the bottom of your viewing screen.

  1. Press “Select” on your remote to activate the Enhanced Menu.
  2. Scroll to the Look Back option in the Enhanced Menu and press “Select” on your remote.
  3. Highlight the day you would like to view and press “Select”.
  4. Highlight the program you wish to view and press “Select”. The program will start from the beginning
  5. Once you Look Back a program, return to live TV at any time by using the “STOP”, “C” or “LIVE TV” buttons, or changing the channel.

 

Helpful Hint: While in the Look Back menu, return to the previous menu screen by using the “C” button or “◄” (left arrow).

 

 

To receive all services, Digital Cable, remote and lease of a digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to CableCARD™ customers. Not all equipment supports all services. Look Back® is available on select shows from participating networks. All services and channels may not be available in all areas. Subject to change without notice. Some restrictions apply.
