How will having Look Back® benefit me as a customer?

Answer:

Look Back gives you an easy way to enjoy the convenience of viewing a program from the beginning up to 3 days after it has aired, even if you don’t have DVR or if you forget to set your DVR.

 

 

To receive all services, Digital Cable, remote and lease of a digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to CableCARD™ customers. Not all equipment supports all services. Look Back® is available on select shows from participating networks. All services and channels may not be available in all areas. Subject to change without notice. Some restrictions apply.
