What should I do if I am unable to call to order a live event?

Answer:

Sometimes calling volume surges before a special event. Events can also be ordered through your digital cable set-top box to avoid the inconvenience of needing to contact us by phone.

 

To order a live event through your digital cable set-top box, press the GUIDE button on your remote control. Tune to the channel that is showing your event. Select the BUY option using the arrow keys that surround your select button on your remote. Click SELECT.
