TV >> Parental Controls on TV >> How do I determine if a channel, show or time period is blocked by Parental Controls?
Question:
How do I determine if a channel, show or time period is blocked by Parental Controls?
Answer:
Using the remote, go to the Navigator SETTINGS screen to check the status of blocked categories.
Turn on the PARENTAL CONTROLS.
Check that your choices are indeed designated as blocked. That is, they are highlighted and have a CLOSED LOCK next to the program title, the channel, the time slot, etc.
Make any changes needed. Select SAVE/RETURN.
You can also try to tune in to a program to see if the controls are working. If the program is blocked, a BLOCKED CHANNEL message will be displayed on the screen with instructions how to disable all blocks.
