Since you must subscribe to Basic, what if the programming on Basic is not considered suitable for family viewing such as programming on broadcast networks (CBS, NBC, ABC, CW and FOX) and/or leased and public access?

Answer:

We believe Family Choice is preferred for family viewing. Our Basic service includes channels that we are required to carry by federal law. However, some customers may feel that this programming is not suitable for every member of their family. Customers are encouraged to use Parental Control functions through the remote control, that allow blocking of entire channels or specific programs based on time of day and rating. For instructions and more information about Parental Control, please visit www.controlyourtv.org. You will also find instructions on the Parental Control page or in your customer handbook.
