TV >> Programming >> Music Choice >> Why are there songs playing on your service that I cannot find online or other retail stores? How can I obtain these CDs?
Question:
Why are there songs playing on your service that I cannot find online or other retail stores? How can I obtain these CDs?
Answer:
The library of CDs that Music Choice uses to create the programming on the channels is very extensive and occasionally they do play music that may not be available to the public, because it is no longer in print from the label, or it is simply a CD that the distributor does not carry (independent label or artist, imported album, etc.) Unfortunately, we cannot obtain copies of these CDs (or albums) for Music Choice's customers. Since the programmers find many of the out-of-print CDs or albums at used record stores, we recommend using eBay or contacting a local used record store in your area to see if they have a copy of the CD or album or can help locate it for you.
