I already have an NBA League Pass subscription. How do I activate it?

Answer:

There are two ways to log in:

  1. Enter the last 6 digits of your account number on the activation page. You will need to be logged in to your All Access account before entering your account number. If you don't have an All Access account, you can also visit audience.nba.com.       


You can also go to nba.com and click Login at the top of the page.

  1. You'll need to provide NBA Customer Support with the following information (have it ready before contacting them): A copy of your TWC bill showing your NBA League Pass charge; the name on your bill; your account number; an email account to use for your All Access account.
  2. Visit leaguepasssupport.nba.com to submit your request to activate your account.
