Answer:

While Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes will certainly be carried by Time Warner Cable, the networks are working hard with all satellite, cable and telecommunications distributors in Southern California, Nevada and Hawaii to reach agreements so that they can provide this programming to their customers as well. Until these are in place, Time Warner Cable will be the only provider.
